Does exclusivity extend to the Lawyer Pak online directory program?
No. Our online directory program is open to any company.  However, our Lawyer Pak direct mail participants are provided with the following online programs free of charge

• a sponsorship (featured) box
• a separate listing in your main business category
• an additional listing for the specific direct mail area you are participating in our Lawyer Pak direct mailer 

How does my page not get "lost" in the pak?
We limit the number of Lawyer Pak participants per area.  Although this places limitations on our earnings by having fewer pak participants, we feel as though this is necessary in order that each page is looked at.

Can we offer more than one product or service on our page?
No.  Think about it.  If you were participating as a payroll service and then you saw another participant promoting an office cleaning service adding payroll services to their page, how would you feel?  This is why we monitor the submitted camera ready art very carefully.  (Don't laugh.  we did have a rubbish removal service who added a payroll service to their page.  We caught it.)

What is the minimum number of times we can try out your Lawyer Pak?
We require an annual participation (or 4 insertion minimum).  This promotes stability within our Lawyer Pak.

Can we change our page for each insertion?
Yes.

We would like to have our page printed elsewhere and then inserted into your Lawyer Pak.  Can this be done?
Absolutely.   We do require 5 unprinted pages of the paper stock that you will be using to test them out on our mail processing equipment prior to granting approval.  (We reserve the right to increase your rate if the submitted paper stock weighs more than our 20# paper stock.)

Is there a reduction in rate for our submitting our own printed pieces? No.  Since we usually have to slow down our collating process to accommodate pieces printed elsewhere, we are unable to offer a price reduction.

Why are the mailings split? 
We split the mail lists to make it affordable for all sizes of businesses to participate.  For example, suppose there is an area with a mailing list of 4,000 lawyers.  Were we to mail to the entire list at once, the internet rate would be around $840 per mailing. This would be out of the reach of some small businesses.  However by splitting the list by 4, the rate drops to $210 per quarter, mailing to 1,000 lawyers each time.

What about when you expand your Lawyer Pak into other areas?  Would we get to know about it?
Yes.  All pak participants are notified FIRST whenever we are about to open our paks in other areas. We have found that working with current pak participants, growing their businesses, is mutually beneficial.

Once accepted into your Lawyer Pak program, can we lose our participation?
Your future participation in our Lawyer Pak program will be in jeopardy if you fail to resolve any lawyer's complaint or if there is a credit issue.
Let us deal with the unresolved complaint issue. If we are contacted by any lawyer with a specific complaint against any of our participant advertisers, we will contact that advertiser participant in an effort to resolve the issue.  If we cannot, this could jeopardize future participation by that advertiser.
Now, let's talk about credit issues.  If paid by company check we require prepayment upfront: no issue.  However, if payment is made by credit card, there were instances when charges were declined.  Should your credit card charges be declined and you do not correct this matter upon being notified, your participation will be forfeited.   

How does your online LawyerPak.com program work?
Lawyers - and their office staffs -  are encouraged to visit LawyerPak.com frequently.  Here they will be able to take advantage of special, online coupon offers as well as  be linked to vendor websites having products or services they are seeking.  (Future plans will allow vendors to provide audio and visual presentations of their product or service.)  We also offer LIMITED banner opportunities to 3 local companies who will have their banner visible to local lawyers the entire time they are visiting their  local area's Lawyer Pak page.)
