No. Our online directory program is open to any company. 

What is included in our participating in your Restaurant Pak Direct Mail program?
In addition to being included in our quarterly Restaurant Pak Direct Mail on an EXCLUSIVE basis, you will receive the following online programs free of charge

• a sponsorship (featured) box
• a separate listing in your main business category
• an additional listing for the specific direct mail area you are participating in our Restaurant Pak Direct Mailer

What is your Restaurant Pak Email programs?
We email to restaurants in your local, statewide or regional (such as New England) areas on a monthly basis.  Please review our Restaurant Pak Email online media kit.

How much does it cost to participate in your Restaurant Pak Email program?
This is a FREE service if you are a Restaurant Pak Direct Mail participant.  If you do not participate in our Restuarant Pak Direct Mail program, there is a fee to participate only in our Restaurant Pak Email program.  (N.B. Exclusivity is extended to our Restaurant Pak Direct Mail participants and does not apply to our Restaurant PakEmail program.)  

How does my ad not get "lost" in the pak?
We limit the number of Restaurant Pak participants per area.  Although this places limitations on our earnings by having fewer pak participants, we feel as though this is necessary in order that each ad has the opportunity tobe looked at.

What is the minimum number of times we can try out your Restaurant Pak?
We require an annual participation (or 4 insertion minimum).  This promotes stability within our Restaurant Pak to restaurant owners and managers.  This also protects your exclusivity for your particular business catgegory.

Can we change our page for each insertion?
Yes.

Why are the mailings split? 
We split the maillists to make it affordable for all sizes of businesses to participate.  For example, let's take an area like Greater Boston with a mailing list of 3,358 restaurants.  Were we to mail to the entire list at once, the rate would be around $700 per quarter or $2,800 per year.  This would be out of the reach of a number of small businesses.  However by splitting the list by 4, the rate drops to $174 per quarter, mailing to 839 restaurants per time.

What about when you expand your Restaurant Pak into other areas?  Would we get to know about it?
Yes.  All pak participants are notified FIRST whenever we are about to open our paks in other areas. We have found that working with current pak participants, growing their businesses, is mutually beneficial.

Once accepted into your Restaurant Pak program, can we lose our participation?
Your future participation in our Restaurant Pak program will be in jeopardy if you fail to resolve a restaurant owner or manager's complaint or if there is a credit issue.
Let us deal with the unresolved complaint issue.  A restaurant owner once purchased a POS system from a dealer dragging its feet to install it.  This went on for over several months.  We were contacted and then referred a POS dealer from another area to this restaurant owner.  Within a matter of days, he was up and running with his POS system.
Now, let's talk about credit issues.  If paid by company check we require prepayment upfront: no issue.  However, if payment is made by credit card, there were instances when charges would be declined.  Should your credit card charges be declined and you do not correct this matter upon being notified, your participation will be forfeited.   

How does your online RestaurantPak.com program work?
Restaurant owners and managers are encouraged to visit RestaurantPak.com frequently.  Here they will be able to take advantage of special, online coupon offers as well as  be linked to vendor websites having products or services they are seeking.  If you have a YouTube business presentation, we will even link to that. Any restaurant vendor is allowed topost a listing on RestauranPak.com (provided they supply us with a reciprocal link.)  However, all Restaurant Pak direct mail participating companies are featured in our RestaurantPak.com directory.
